It’s a limited-time promotion that lets you lock in today’s promotional price on selected products until 1 January 2027 when you start a new Autoship during the promo period. As long as your Autoship stays active (with deliveries at least every 6 months), your\ price on that product won’t go up.

If you’re not sure whether a product is eligible, contact us and we’ll check for you.

Your price is frozen until 1 January 2027, as long as:

• Your Autoship for that product stays active, and
•  You have at least one delivery every 6 months.

Yes. You can:

• Update your delivery address, and
• Adjust your delivery dates or frequency, without automatically losing your price lock, as long as you still receive at least one
  delivery every 6 months.

If you cancel your Autoship, your price freeze ends. Any future orders for that product will be at the current Vetpost website price.

If you remove the price-frozen product from your Autoship, the price lock for that product ends. If you add it back later, it will be at the current price unless it’s part of a new promotion.

Yes, you can increase your quantity.
In that case:

• We may be able to keep your original quantity at the frozen price, and
• Any extra units may be charged at the current website price at the time of order.

To keep your price freeze, there needs to be at least one delivery every 6 months for that product.
If there are no deliveries for more than 6 months, your price freeze may end and future orders may move to our standard website pricing.

If a product is discontinued or significantly changed by the manufacturer, we’ll contact you to discuss options and recommend the closest alternative.
We’ll always do our best to look after you, but the original price freeze can’t always be carried over automatically to a different product.

If your Autoship is part of this promotion, you’ll see this noted:

• On your order confirmation, and
•  In your account under Autoship details.
