How to Measure
What Size CoolCollar Will Fit my Pet?
Use a string to measure around the largest part of your pet’s head. Then, measure that string, Check out our photo for reference. If the turtleneck can stretch around the largest part of their head, it will also fit around their neck.
Head Circumference Measurements:
XS tiny kitten: 18cm.
Small kitten/cat: 19cm.
Medium Cat: 22cm.
Large Cat: 25cm.
XL Cat: 28cm.
Large Special Cat: 25cm. Has a wider shield than ‘Large’.
Mini Dog: 28cm.
Small Dog: 32cm. Diameter of shield is the widest at 39cm. Double-layer of foam internally to provide more stability.
Can CoolCollars be Washed and Re-Used?
Yes, you can gentle hand-wash in warm water, then lay flat to dry. CoolCollars can be ironed on a low-heat setting. However, please keep in mind that they will get softer with washing.

Our fur baby Snowball (Rag doll breed) had to have a procedure at vets after being bitten ,when we went to pick her up,she had this beautiful collar on.
I was so impressed, had only used the hard plastic ones before.Was so much easier as it’s bendy and soft an she could eat etc without bother.managed to pull off once,but easy to get back on.
I recommend them, 100%.

Our Cat (14yrs old) has hated and fought with every kind of cone/collar we’ve bought over the years.
She has a scheduled op in a week and after explaining we’ll need more cone practice or a better cone for her to practice in our Vet recommended we try the Elizabethan. Shes had it on for 30mins and no robot cat, backward walking fits or fall over statue moments at all!. She walked from one end of our house to the kitchen had afew bikkies from her bikkie bowl with no problems at all.
Impressed is an understatement! Found this abit lat in her life but I love this for our cat.
