After more than 20 years treating animals in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK , she began to see the same challenges everywhere: pets struggling with ongoing health conditions, and their owners feeling overwhelmed by the cost, complexity, and pressure of keeping them well.

Knowing there had to be a better way to make veterinary support accessible without compromising on quality, a revolutionary idea came to life, planting the seed for something new.

Determined to make a difference, Dr. Becs self-funded an online pet care service that could reach more animals and their people. What started as a small side project — delivering orders from the boot of her car — has grown into Vetpost, a trusted platform supporting pet owners across New Zealand. Vetpost helps take the stress out of pet care by making expert advice, vet-approved products, and prescription support easier to access — all from the comfort of your home.

Knowing how much people love their animals, Dr. Becs has set out to connect clinical care with the pet’s everyday welfare.
