Please do not send us a copy of your prescription by email - we cannot accept prescriptions via email except from your veterinarian.

Please note due to MPI regulations we are unable to accept Prescription Medications back for returns/refunds.

THIS IS A RESTRICTED VETERINARY MEDICINE – You will require a prescription from your vet for this product

PLEASE NOTE –  You are purchasing a refrigerated item at your own risk.
This item needs to be refrigerated. Our team will do our best to ensure this product is kept chilled during delivery, however once it has left us, the environment it is kept in is out of our control.
We recommend that you DO NOT use a rural address for delivery, and if you cannot be home for delivery, that you leave a chilly bin with ice outside the door for the courier.

Please note: Needles and syringes must be purchased separately if required.
