At Vetpost we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our returns policy carefully:

Return Eligibility

Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging. Please ensure any returns are hair-free and clean. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Prescription Medications: Due to MPI regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

To return a product, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or a note with your order details in the package, and post the product back to us. Please ensure the product is packaging in a way that will prevent it from being damaged in transit. If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and we will refund the original purchase once we receive it.

Processing Returns

Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of its condition, the refund will be processed. Refunds will be made within 48 hours back to the card you used for the original payment. If you have paid via POLipay – please can you let us know your bank details so we can action the refund.

You will get an email confirmation with the refund details once we have processed this for you.

Please note due to MPI regulations we are unable to accept Prescription Medications back for returns/refunds.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund as expected, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale Items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Order Received/Damaged or Faulty Product Received

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact our team on 021 838746 or [email protected] as soon as possible, and our team will help correct the issue.
