Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are essential components of articular cartilage and synovial fluid, which are important for joint lubrication and fluid function. By having healthy cartilage and join fluid, normal mobility becomes easier and helps your dog to remain active. Glucosamine is a natural constituent that is required to produce GAGS, and support the making of cartilage. Chondroitin is a major GAG, which helps with absorbing water and nutrients into the cartilage, keeping it health, and spongy. It is essential to supply sufficient glucosamine and chondroitin to the body for healthy joint mobility and function.

Hyaflex Mobility Chews contain additional nutrients from New Zealand green lipped mussel, which is naturally rich in GAGs and Omega 3 fatty acids; hyaluronic acid, which is naturally occurring in cartilage and synovial fluid; curcumin, derived from turmeric; and vitamins C & E, as well as manganese, which are all essential nutrients in the body.
