Anywhere you see the above symbol indicates this product requires a prescription from your vet.
Please note whilst we can offer advice via phone and email, prescriptions must be issued in person with your local veterinarian.
Your vet can either email us the prescription directly, or if they give you the original, signed, paper prescription, this must be posted to us.
Once received, we will upload the prescription to your account to order. You will need to create an account to order prescription medications.

After your vet consultation, have them email us a copy of your prescription directly to pharmacy@vetpost.co.nz or you can mail your hard copy to us at PO Box 9450, Greerton, Tauranga, 3142
Once we upload your prescription, you'll get an email. Follow the instructions to place your order for the medication.
