You’ll save money when you shop with us. We offer some of New Zealand’s lowest prices on the products we stock and our frequent special prices are further reduced. All of our prices are below NZ recommended retail, many far below!

Fast and FREE delivery over $89 (except rural and bulk items)

Most orders are dispatched the same day we receive them, and we use NZPost’s overnight delivery system to ensure that goods arrive quickly and safely. All NZ orders over $89 get FREE postage (except rural and bulk items)! 

We stock over 1000 products and are constantly uploading more products onto our website. However – we are always happy to hear about new products that our customers wish us to stock. Please send us an email to [email protected] with the desired product name, brand, your contact details.

You’re welcome to email us anytime and Dr. Rebecca will be happy to answer any of your questions. Please note however that we cannot prescribe medications from this service, this is something that can only be done in person by your regular veterinarian.

Vets are becoming more and more used to writing prescriptions for people as the online market increases, so it’s generally not going to be an issue for you. Please note that they are obligate to give you a script if you ask for one, and it’s something they would otherwise dispense for you in-house 🙂 You can get up to 6 months worth of veterinary medication, 3 months worth of human medication and 1 month worth of controlled drug medication (like phenobarbitone) on a script.

We accept Debit and Credit Card Payments as well as Direct Debits via POLiPay  for all New Zealand orders (sorry we currently don’t send Internationally). Our secure payment systems are amongst the best in the industry and provide state-of-the-art payment security and fraud protection. If you’ve any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

Once you submit your card details on the secure checkout page, your payment will be securely processed by Stripe – a trusted payment gateway.

For a secure and speedy checkout, you can also conveniently use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment methods. Look for their respective icons on the checkout page.

Yes it is. The Vet Post website uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security.

To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located generally either at the bottom left, bottom right or top right of your browser window. If this appears, then SSL is active. Ensure you logout when you have finished visiting www.vetpost.co.nz, especially if you access our website from a shared computer.

Our Auto-Ship feature gives you the ability to sign up to receive your order automatically on a regular basis. Select “Autoship” when you add the product to your cart, and then you can choose how often you would like your order to process. Autoship means you can receive food, flea and worm treatments and more before you run out.

You can manage your autoship settings by navigating to your account and selecting “My Autoships.” Here, you have the options to:

• Cancel your autoship
• Update your address
• Change your payment method
