Drontal Allwormer for Dogs

Drontal is recommended for the control of all gastrointestinal worms in dogs including roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm (including hydatid tapeworm). The synergistic febantel/pyrantel combination is active against roundworms and hookworms and is highly effective against whipworms. Praziquantel provides a superb level of efficiency against all the major tapeworms.

Dosage

The dose rate is 1 tablet per 35kg (15mg febantel, 14.4mg pyrantel embonate and 5mg praziquantel/kg bodyweight)

20-35kg – 1 tablet
35.1-52kg – 1.5 tablets
52.1-70kg – 2 tablets
70.1-87kg – 2.5 tablets
Over 87kg – 3 tablets
