Enhanced Payment Options with Stripe

We’re excited to announce that we’re integrating a new payment gateway – Stripe – into our platform. This upgrade will broaden the payment options available to you, including the convenience of Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additionally, Stripe will offer enhanced ways to manage your account, providing a seamless shopping experience. Please note, as we transition to this new system, there may be a brief period of adjustment affecting any auto-ship arrangements you currently have. We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Launch of the Vet Post Charitable Trust and Mr. Snippy Campaign

In our ongoing mission to give back to the community and improve the lives of pets and their owners, we’re proud to announce the establishment of the Vet Post Charitable Trust. Our first initiative under this trust is the Mr. Snippy campaign, a community desexing drive aimed at the Bay of Plenty region. This exciting endeavor is not just about improving the health and wellbeing of pets in the area; it’s also about taking a proactive step towards responsible pet ownership and population control.

Our Journey to Carbon Neutrality

As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, we’re on a journey to becoming carbon neutral. We’re delighted to share that we’ve recently partnered with Toitu, a significant step toward achieving carbon neutrality certification in the coming months. This partnership underscores our dedication to making a positive impact on the planet, ensuring that we operate in an environmentally friendly manner.

Adjustments to Shipping Costs

We understand that changes in shipping costs are never the news our customers want to hear. However, due to rising operational expenses, we find ourselves in a position where we need to adjust our shipping policies to continue providing the high-quality service you’ve come to expect from us. Starting in April, the minimum spend for free shipping will increase from $59 to $79. We’ve carefully considered this adjustment to minimize the impact on our customers, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
