Sustain comes in sachets which should be given at feeding time, either whole or split between the dog’s daily meals. Lukewarm water can be added to aid mixing.

Ingredients
- Enterococcus faecium – one of only two licensed probiotics for dogs, which has been shown to inhibit the growth of pathogens.
- Bacillus subtilis – the other probiotic species now licensed for dogs and is unique to SUSTAIN®.
- MacroGard® – a unique Beta-glucan; which has been found to be beneficial for dogs with IBD and atopic dermatitis as well as improving the immune response to vaccination.
- Inulin – a fructooligosaccharide prebiotic that encourages production of short chain fatty acids by the microbiota.
- L-Threonine – important for normal physiology of the gastrointestinal tract.
- B-vitamins – important for enterocyte and immune cell metabolism.
- Zinc amino acid chelate – important for energy metabolism, immune cell function and mucosal membrane integrity.
