We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All of our orders are dispatched on NZ Post’s overnight courier service, which should be delivered the next business day after dispatch*.

Rural Deliveries: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
Please note that during peak periods or sale events, dispatch and delivery times may be longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping applies to orders over $89 (excluding bulk orders and rural delivery).
Shipping costs will apply to bulk orders (orders weighing over 4kg), orders $89 or under in value, and rural delivery orders.

Do you ship to rural addresses?
Yes, we deliver to rural addresses. Please note that rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 business days to be delivered.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes across New Zealand.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel’s progress on the NZ Post website or through the NZ Post tracking app.
Is Click and Collect Available?
Yes! You can choose our Click & Collect option at the checkout for local (Tauranga) orders.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a text notification, and you can collect it from our Tauriko warehouse during business hours. Please note that in store purchases are not currently available.
Is Signature-Required Delivery Available?
All of our parcels are shipped using NZ Post’s courier service with non-signature delivery as the standard option.
At checkout, you can choose to add:
Signature Required – The courier will only deliver if someone is home to receive the parcel (or if you’ve set up “Leave My Parcel” delivery authority with NZ Post). This option cannot be combined with Photo on Delivery.
Photo on Delivery – The courier will take a photo of where your parcel was left. Personal details are blurred. This option cannot be combined with Signature Required.
Both upgrades can be selected during checkout under delivery options.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check Your Order Confirmation Email: Make sure to locate the tracking details link sent to you in your order confirmation email. This will provide you with the most up-to-date information about your parcel’s status.
Check Your “Order Completed” Email: Take a peek at your order confirmation email for a link to your parcels tracking details. This will provide you with the most up-to-date information about your parcel’s status, and even its delivery ETA.
Confirm Your Delivery Address: Double-check the delivery address provided in your order confirmation to ensure it’s correct.
Search for the Parcel: Conduct a thorough search around your property, including your letterbox and any safe areas near your door where the courier might have left the parcel.
Get in Touch: If you’ve done all that and still no luck, it’s time to reach out to us. We’re here to help! Send us a message with your order number, and our team can start an investigation into your parcel’s whereabouts!
Please note that all delivery discrepancies must be lodged within 7 days of the delivery date specified by NZ Post. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support for help.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.
What if my parcel is damaged or something is missing?
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately. Keep the original packaging and provide us with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to change your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change the address, but we’ll do our best to help.
What if I need to cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team processes orders quickly, so while we can’t guarantee changes can be made once the order is placed, we’ll do our best to assist. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it according to our Returns Policy.
