Description

Functional chews formulated by veterinarians to nutritionally support the management of low-level stress and anxiety with natural ingredients.
Made with the amino acid L-tryptophan – a natural precursor for the synthesis of serotonin in the brain and flavoured with Australian ovine plasma and mackerel.

B-Calm contains L-tryptophan and Thiamine to help nutritionally support the management of stress and anxiety with a non-drowsy, non-sedative action.
L-Tryptophan is an amino acid that is the natural precursor for the synthesis of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is responsible for mood, appetite, sleep, memory, learning and social behaviours.
Thiamine helps convert carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into energy, and contributes to nervous system responses. Thiamine is additionally utilised by the liver, skin, and brain function.

Key Features

  • Non-drowsy, non sedative action, making it ideal for long term use
  • Naturally Delicious – Easy to administer to all cats, as a semi-moist, highly palatable chew made from fresh Australian ingredients
  • Daily Formula – Should be used on a daily basis to assist cats during times of stress, such as travel, relocation and separation
  • No artificial binders, colours or flavours. Grain-free.

Ingredients

Mackerel, ovine plasma, sorbitol, chicken, L-tryptophan, sorbic acid, sodium chloride, vegetable oil, thiamine (vitamin B1).

Feeding Guide:

Maintenance Dose: Provide 1 chew per 5kg of bodyweight daily.
1–2.5kg: ½ chew
2.5–5kg: 1 chew
5–8kg: 1½ chews

Veterinary advice should be sought before using in conjunction with prescription medication. Not all symptoms of stress and anxiety are related to serotonin production. Please see your vet if symptoms persist.

It is recommended cats receive B-Calm on an ongoing basis for best results in anxiety and stress management.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and keep bag sealed once opened.
