Bravecto Plus for Medium Cats is a spot-on solution providing 3 months flea and tick protection plus a worm treatment in a single spot-on.
Indications:
For the control of flea and tick infestations on cats for 3 months, plus a worm treatment, for cats weighing between 2.8-6.5kg.
- Treats and controls existing flea and tick infestations
- Sustained control of new flea and tick infestations
- Part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis
- Highly effective against fipronil-resistant fleas
- For cats suffering from, or at risk from, mixed ecto- and endoparasitic infections
- Treatment of infections with intestinal roundworm (Toxocara cati, Toxacaris leonine; 4th stage larvae, immature adults and adults), lungworm (Aelurostrongylus obstrusus) and Capillaria spp.
- Treatment of Otodectes cynotis spp. mites
Active Ingredients
Each Bravecto Plus tube contains: 280 mg Fluralaner/mL and 14 mg/mL Moxidectin.
Dosage
For cats from 9 weeks of age.
For cats 1.2-2.8kg see Bravecto Plus Spot-on for Small cats (For use in cats from 9 weeks of age and over 1.2kg.)

How Often Should Bravecto Plus for Cats Be Given?
For optimal control of tick and flea infestation, the Bravecto Plus should be administered at 3 monthly intervals. Bravecto Plus can be administered all year round. Bravecto Plus spot-on solution for cats provides 3 months flea and tick protection plus a comprehensive worm treatment in a single spot-on.

How to Apply Bravecto PLUS for Cats?
Step 1: Remove Bravecto from its child-safe packaging.
Step 2: Hold the tube straight up and give the cap one twist to break the seal. Please do not attempt to remove the cap as it does not come off.
Step 3: Ensure your cat’s back is horizontal. Part the hair and apply directly to the skin.
Step 4: Apply at the base of the skull, to ensure wet product can’t be licked. For cats under 6.25 kg, apply in one spot.
What Will Bravecto PLUS protect my cat against?
For flea and tick protection, administer Bravecto Plus every 3 months.
Bravecto Plus also treats ear mites, roundworm and lungworm and can be used as part of treatment strategy for control of flea allergy dermatitis. Bravecto PLUS does not treat for tapeworm, so we recommend using a tapeworm treatment, such as Droncit, every 3 months.

Cash is 15yrs old so pills is something he just won’t take. I even tried it with Tuna like people said, would hide it but he would eat all the Tuna and somehow he was able to leave the pill on the plate. Tried to crush it and mix it in but he would take one sniff the turn and walk away. I have used this treatment on my cat for several years without any problems. However, the last time I used it on my 13 year old cat, the fur on the back of her neck where it was applied all fell out and she had a bald patch until it finally grew back. I’m wondering if the formula has been tweaked to make it stronger? The product certainly works for the full 3 months, but I’ll have to change to a different brand for my cat, which is very inconvenient when Bravecto seems to be the only one that works for 3 months.
